Defender of the Tajik Football Team Moves to the Uzbek Neftchi FC

DUSHANBE, 06.01.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Defender of the national football team of Tajikistan Zoir Juraboev officially changed his club in the Super League of Uzbekistan.
Now he will play in the Neftchi football club of Fergana, which is headed by the former head coach of Istiklol Vitaly Levchenko.
Last season, Juraboev played for Surkhon FC. Here he played 16 matches in the Super League of Uzbekistan.
In addition to Juraboev, two more former defenders of Istiklol, including Ukrainian legionnaires Alexei Larin and Andrey Mishchenko, play in Neftchi.
Juraboev has been a player of the national team since 2016. During this time, he played 24 matches and scored one goal — in a friendly match against Uzbekistan (1-2) on September 3, 2020.
