Doctors of National Teams of Tajikistan Receive Awards from the Asian Football Confederation

DUSHANBE, 06.03.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Doctors of the national teams of Tajikistan Farrukh Avezov (national team), Gulandom Khalilova (women’s national team) and Abdusattor Kalandarov (U-20 team) received awards from the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for services to medicine.
Avezov was awarded the AFC Gold Award for outstanding service and over 25 years of work in the field of sports medicine. Khalilova received a bronze award. The AFC bronze medal was awarded to Kalandarov.
The AFC Awards have been designed to recognize the contribution of medical professionals to the development of football, while at the same time serving as an inspiration for others to continue their participation in the matches at all levels.
