President Emomali Rahmon Signs a Number of Laws

DUSHANBE, 15.03.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, signed several laws.
Laws «On public procurement», «On electronic document and electronic signature», introduction of changes and additions to laws on protection of competition, inspection of activities of economic entities, state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, insurance of deposits of individuals are among them.
The adopted laws are aimed at the development of economic and social spheres, entrepreneurship, protection of human rights and freedoms, prevention of crime, development of electronic documents, creation of new jobs and raising the standard of living of the population.
Laws will be published in the press.
