DUSHANBE, 19.06.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – The national football team of Tajikistan completed its performance at the 2023 CAFA Nations Cup.

In the final round, Tajikistan lost to Uzbekistan with a score of 1-5.

In another match, the Omani team defeated the Turkmenistan with a score of 2-0.

Thus, Uzbekistan with 9 points took first place in Group A. Oman with 4 points ranked second place. Tajikistan with 2 points took the third place. Turkmenistan ranked last place of the group.

On June 20, Oman and Kyrgyzstan will play in the match for the third place, as well as Uzbekistan and Iran will meet in the final match of the tournament.
