Tajik U-17 Football Team Arrives in Chonburi to Participate in the 2023 Asian Cup

DUSHANBE, 14.06.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – The youth football team of Tajikistan (U-17) completed the training camp in Bangkok and arrived in Chonburi, where they will play the first two matches in the 2023 Asian Cup.
The final application for participation included 23 players, including 3 goalkeepers, 7 defenders, 8 midfielders and 5 forwards.
The 2023 Asian Cup will be held from June 15 through July 2 in Thailand. Tajikistan will play in Group C against China (June 16), Saudi Arabia (June 19) and Australia (June 22).
It will play the first two matches in Chonburi, and the match of the final round with Australia in Bangkok.
According to the results, the four best teams will reach the 2023 World Cup.
