Tajikistan and Azerbaijan Discuss Strengthening of Inter-parliamentary Relations

DUSHANBE, 02.06.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the Chairman of the Committee for International Affairs, Public Associations and Information of the Assembly of Representatives Saidmurad Fattohzoda met with the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Tajikistan Alimirzamin Askerov.
The meeting focused on the issue of strengthening cooperation between Tajikistan and Azerbaijan in all fields, including inter-parliamentary relations, cultural cooperation and other topics of mutual interest.
It was emphasized that the activity of friendship and cooperation groups in the parliaments of the two countries creates a good basis for strengthening this relationship.
It was expressed hope that the relations between Tajikistan and Azerbaijan will expand and develop in all areas.
