DUSHANBE, 26.02.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – The Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan Firdavs Tolibzoda met with the World Bank Delegation in Dushanbe.
The meeting focused on the current situation and prospects for relations between the National Bank of Tajikistan and the World Bank.
The parties spoke on the issues of implementing cooperation in the direction of forming a “green” economy, the process of digitalization of the economy of Tajikistan, supporting private entrepreneurship, attracting financing to the private sector, developing the securities market and issuing green bonds, opening correspondent accounts, promoting financial reforms, creating a Banking Academy and other issues.
