DUSHANBE, 05.09.2024 /NIAT Khovar/. On September 5, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, arrived on a working trip to the district of Mir Sayyid Ali Hamadoni.

The working trip of the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon in Hamadoni district began with the opening of a highway between the villages of Faizobod and Tagnob up to the center of the district.

At the opening ceremony of the road of local importance, it was informed that its length is 14.5 kilometers and it connects the villages of Faizobod and Tagnob of Dashtigulho village community, Anjirkon, Safedob, Kodara and Safar Gado of Panjrud village community, Bogh village of Kahramon village community and the town of the district.

The construction works on this route started in early May of this year by domestic entrepreneurs with the involvement of the population and were completed at the cost of 27.5 million somoni.

The width of the road, which belongs to the 5th category of traffic, is 6 meters and is paved with a thickness of 8 cm. This road was mainly built in the 60s of the last century and was in need of repair in recent years. The poor condition of the road made it difficult for cargo and passenger traffic.

Now, as part of the events dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and the instructions of the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon, this road was renovated in a short time and in accordance with the requirements of modern times.

The repair and modernization of the highway between the villages of Faizobod and Tagnob to the town of Hamadoni district brought happiness to the residents.

The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, commended the construction of this road by domestic entrepreneurs and called the implementation of constructive measures a high sign of the residents’ love and loyalty to the nation and the state.

As part of the activities to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, the construction and renovation of tens of kilometers of roads of local importance is planned in the district of Mir Sayyid Ali Hamadoni. This measure will lead to the improvement of the economic and social situation of the residents of the district and will eliminate the problems of people’s transportation, especially drivers.
