Tajikistan, UNDP discusses UN Water Agenda

DUSHANBE, 26.09.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On the sidelines of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin held a meeting with the UN Under-Secretary-General and Associate Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Mr. Haoliang Xu.
During the meeting, the issues of cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the UNDP has been discussed. The parties also exchanged views on the implementation of the National Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan. During the meeting, the sides also exchanged views on supporting international conferences dedicated to implementation of the UN Water Agenda to be held in Tajikistan.
