DUSHANBE, 12.07.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – The working trip of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, in Tojikobod district, began with the opening of the new administrative building of «Zarafshon» rural community.

The newly built facility was built on the basis of the constant support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to welcome the great and sacred national holiday, the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Honorable President of the country Emomali Rahmon congratulated the employees of Zarafshon village of Tojikobod district on the opening of the new building on the occasion of the great national holiday — next anniversary of the Republic of Tajikistan’s independence.

The community building consists of two floors and has 7 spacious office rooms and a meeting room.

The area of the facility is 141.36 square meters and it was built at the cost of 1 million 500 thousand somoni.

The office rooms of the building are equipped with desks and chairs, wardrobes, computers and other necessary equipment for carrying out activities and providing high-quality services to the population.

Elements of national architecture and modern construction are used inside and outside the building.

Construction work on the facility began in 2021 and was put into use with the involvement of local builders with high quality and meeting architectural standards.

The roof of the building is decorated with seasonal flowers and greenery.

The population of «Zarafshon» rural community is about 6300 people, and there are 2 general secondary education institutions and one primary institution.

There are five villages in the Zarafshon countryside of Tojikobod district — Zafarobod, Shing, Guliston, Shahriston and Safedoron.

Honorable President of the country Emomali Rahmon, after familiarizing himself with the working conditions in the new facility, obliged the employees of this village to work on the basis of the current laws of the Republic of Tajikistan and to provide honest, high-quality and timely services to the people.
