Presidents of Tajikistan, Russia hold a phone conversation
DUSHANBE, 05.10.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, a telephone conversation was held between the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the President of the Russian Federation, Honorable Vladimir Putin.
At the beginning of the conversation, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin sincerely congratulated our Head of State on his birthday and expressed his best wishes.
Expressing gratitude for the warm and sincere congratulations, the Leader of the Nation emphasized that his good wishes belong to all the people of Tajikistan.
In the continuation of the conversation, the Heads of State discussed the current state and prospects of interstate relations between the two countries, which are based on the principles of strategic partnership and alliance.
In this regard, the Leader of the Nation emphasized his confidence that the parties will continue to promote through further joint efforts their cooperative relations for the benefit of the peoples of the two friendly countries.
The Heads of the two states also exchanged views on the topics of upcoming high-level contacts and meetings.
