Tajik Finance Minister meets with Director of the Middle East and Central Asia Department at the International Monetary Fund

DUSHANBE, 28.10.2024 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan Faiziddin Kahkhorzod met with Director of the Middle East and Central Asia Department of the International Monetary Fund Jihad Azour in Washington, DC, Ministry of Finance of Tajikistan report.
The meeting was held within the framework of the annual meetings of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund group, which were held from October 21 to 26.
At the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the implementation of a new program of economic policy coordination and support for the launch of an additional financial program for Tajikistan.
