Tajikistan and Poland hold ministerial political consultations

DUSHANBE, 08.10.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On October 7, 2024, the next round of political consultations between Tajikistan and Poland was held in Dushanbe at the level of the Head of the Department of European and American Countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and Vice Director of the Eastern Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland Mr. Marek Calka.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and future prospects for the development of Tajik-Polish relations. They also exchanged views on important bilateral issues related to politics, trade, economics, industry, health, logistics, science, education and security.
The possibility of holding an Economic Forum to present Tajikistan’s economic, investment and agricultural opportunities, as well as the country’s abundant potential in renewable energy sources has been also discussed by the counterparts.
Along with that, the parties have considered a range of bilateral, regional and international issues of current interest.
