DUSHANBE, 17.11.2024 /NIAT “Khovar”/. On November 17, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, during his working trip to Istaravshan city, put into operation the antifreeze production enterprise «Kuli Sarez» LLC.

This enterprise was built on the basis of achieving the fourth national goal – rapid industrialization of the country using the privileges and incentives provided by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan by the local businessman Dilshod Kholmahmadov with the cost of one million somoni.

The enterprise was built on an area of 22 acres of land and has a warehouse for storing raw materials, finished products, a canteen and auxiliary facilities. 17 local residents, 9 of whom are women, have been provided with jobs in this enterprise.

Honorable Emomali Rahmon was informed that the production capacity of the enterprise is 310 tons of antifreeze per year, and it is considered an import-substituting product. Until now, this type of product for transport and heating centers is imported from abroad.

At the same time, plastic containers of 1 and 4.7 liters are produced from raw materials at the enterprise to store the produced liquid, and the manufactured products are placed in containers and presented to customers from the cities and districts of the country with the «Made in Tajikistan» label.

The anti-ice fluid, which is for the first time produced at this enterprise, is intended for temperatures between 31 and 40 degrees.

Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon praised the activity of the domestic entrepreneur for contributing to the implementation of the fourth national goal — rapid industrialization of the country and the production of import substitution products, and gave instructions and advice on increasing the production capacity and establishing its export in the future.
