President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon makes new appointments

DUSHANBE, 04.01.2025 /NIAT “Khovar”/. On January 4, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, received for a conversation the personnel who were appointed to responsible positions in the executive bodies of state power of Sughd Province and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In accordance with Article 20 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Local Government Bodies”, Mirdado Zarif and Zohidzoda Davron were relieved of their posts as Deputy Chairmen of Sughd Province due to transfer to other jobs, and Qosimi Fayzullo, Jurazoda Jamshed and Ismoilzoda Zufar were appointed as Deputy Chairmen of Sughd Province.
By Decrees of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, new chairmen of the cities and districts of Konibodom, Buston, Guliston, Shahriston, Aini and Zafarobod of Sughd Province were appointed from among young and experienced specialists.
By Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Imomi Sodiq Ashurboyzoda was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Turkiye.
During the conversation, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, advised them to work faithfully and honestly to serve the state and people of Tajikistan, protect national interests in the global arena, expand development and construction works, comprehensively support entrepreneurship, especially manufacturing entrepreneurship, increase the volume of domestic production and industrial processing of agricultural products, boost the country’s export potential, create plenty of new jobs, build and modernize roads and communications, medical, educational and preschool institutions.
At the end of the conversation, the Leader of the Nation emphasized that they should have a high culture of communication and exemplary manners and ethics in dealing with people.
