DUSHANBE, 30.01.2025 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Agricultural products were exported to more than 26 countries of near and far abroad In 2024, announced Minister of Agriculture of Tajikistan Kurbon Hakimzoda, during a press conference.

It was reported that 85 % of the exported agricultural products fall on the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States and 15 % — on non-CIS countries.

In 2024, 268.3 thousand tons of agricultural products worth $226.7 million were exported. To achieve food security of the country, the implementation of the Food Security Program at the expense of domestic agricultural production is significant.
