Tajikistan and Switzerland to Sign Primary Healthcare Cooperation Memorandum

DUSHANBE, 21.05.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – A delegation of surgeons and family doctors from Olten, Switzerland, visited the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of Tajikistan.
The primary aim of the Swiss delegation’s visit was to discuss the upcoming signing of a memorandum of understanding in the field of primary healthcare.
During the visit, the two sides exchanged views on expanding cooperation in other healthcare areas, including knowledge exchange in diagnostics and screening, and expressed a shared interest in further strengthening bilateral ties in the health sector.
