DUSHANBE, 31.05.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On May 29, Mavsuma Muini, Vice Speaker of the Assembly of Representatives (Lower House) of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan, held a meeting with Barbara Dietrich, President and Executive Director of Diplomatic World magazine and co-founder of the Diplomatic World Institute, and Alberto Tukstroy, Program Director of Diplomatic World.

Muini emphasized that Tajikistan regards the European Union as a key partner in sustainable development.

Muini underscored Tajikistan’s commitment to deepening long-term, sustainable, and mutually beneficial cooperation with the European Union and the European Parliament based on principles of equality, mutual understanding, respect, and trust.

The meeting also highlighted the establishment of a friendship group in accordance with the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Assembly of Representatives of Tajikistan and the Senate of the Kingdom of Belgium.

In celebration of the 30th anniversary of Tajikistan’s independence, a special issue of the prestigious international magazine Diplomatic World was fully dedicated to the country, showcasing its achievements and global initiatives.
