DUSHANBE, 27.06.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On June 27, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, inaugurated the newly built 6-story Cultural, Trade centers and Council of trade unions of the region in the center of the city of Khorugh.
The construction of this facility was started by 5 patriotic entrepreneurs as part of the development plan dedicated to the 35th anniversary of state independence in 2021. The facility was built using domestic construction materials on a total area of 643.1 acres of land with high quality and meeting modern standards.
It was reported that the Trade Union Council of the Badakhshan Mountainous Autonomous Province, located on the second floor of the center, has 9 modern office rooms and a meeting hall with 30 seats.
The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, while familiarizing himself with the conditions and opportunities provided, highly appreciated the initiative of entrepreneurs of the city of Khorugh to build such a beautiful facility.
