Opening Ceremony of the Days of Mongolian Culture Held in Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, 25.07.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, as part of the state visit of the President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh to the Republic of Tajikistan, the opening ceremony of the Days of Mongolian Culture in Tajikistan took place at the Sadriddin Ayni State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre.
In her address at the ceremony, the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan, Matlubakhon Sattoriyon, emphasized that holding the Days of Mongolian Culture in Tajikistan will provide a strong impetus to further strengthening the friendship between the peoples of the two countries, expanding cultural and socio-economic ties, and deepening mutual understanding of the stages of development in bilateral cooperation.
The event featured a vibrant concert program performed by Mongolian artists, showcasing traditional songs, melodies, and national dances.
Prior to the cultural performance, an exhibition of paintings by Mongolian artists was held in the theater courtyard.
