DUSHANBE, 30.07.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On July 30, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, received the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Abbas Araghchi.
A wide range of issues related to friendly relations and multifaceted cooperation between the two countries were discussed at the meeting.
Satisfaction was expressed with the process of expanding mutually beneficial relations, including in the light of the implementation of the results of high-level meetings and negotiations.
Issues related to bilateral trade and economic cooperation were at the center of attention of the parties.
The interest of both parties in expanding cooperation in the fields of energy, industry, international transportation, agriculture, science and technology, healthcare, tourism, culture, and other sectors was emphasized.
A fruitful conversation was also held on regional and international issues of common interest.
