Tajikistan’s Civil Service Agency Developing Human Resource Management Information System

DUSHANBE, 21.07.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – The Civil Service Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan is developing a Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS). This was announced today at a press conference by Director of the Agency, Ilyos Idriszoda.
According to Idriszoda, the system will consist of 16 integrated modules, which will include data on the Registry of Civil Servants, their qualitative and quantitative composition, as well as results of competitions and certification processes—all to be made available electronically.
The HRMIS will also feature information on the personnel reserve, self-service tools, salaries and other contributions of civil servants, and will include their taxpayer identification numbers.
The project aims to enhance transparency, efficiency, and digitalization in public administration and civil service management.
