On October 22, during his working visit to Vose district, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, inaugurated the new building of the Hulbuk Medical Diagnostic Center.

The new facility was built with a modern design and consists of eight floors. The Hulbuk Medical Diagnostic Center is located on the first floor and basement, equipped with the latest equipment and created appropriate conditions for the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The first floor has 9 rooms, and at the entrance there is a pharmacy, a herbal medicine corner, and rooms for internal medicine specialists, a neurologist, an otolaryngologist, a gynecologist, and a cardiologist. In addition, women’s testing and ultrasound rooms are operating.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that modern medical equipment has been installed in the basement of the Center for the diagnosis of patients. Magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, digital x-ray, fluoroscopic x-ray, dental x-ray, and ultrasound are among the equipment located in this part of the Hulbuk Medical Diagnostic Center. Also, in the basement there are physiotherapy treatment rooms equipped with modern devices.

During the inspection of the created conditions, the President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, highly appreciated the quality of the work done, considering the opening of such a modern facility that meets international standards to be a worthy welcome to the great and glorious national holiday – 35th anniversary of State Independence – an exemplary initiative.

The Hulbuk Medical Diagnostic Center was built on the basis of direct instructions and guidance from the top leadership of the state by domestic entrepreneur Rajabali Mirzoaliev at a cost of 20 million somoni and with the aim of improving the level of medical services in Vose district.

The new Diagnostic Center employs 40 highly experienced specialists, most of whom are local women and girls.

The doctors of the center expressed gratitude for the constant support of the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, and noted that such modern centers allow the level of professionalism and quality of medical services to be further improved.

In the same place, the President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, got acquainted with the project for the construction of a new health-treatment complex and laid the foundation stone for its construction.

The building consists of 6 floors and, according to the plan, will have 60 beds and 45 new workplaces.

The complex will consist of surgical, cardiac, urological, gynecological departments, a diagnostic and emergency center.

The implementation of this project will contribute to improving the level and quality of medical services, increasing new jobs, and creating decent conditions for maintaining the health of the population.

While reviewing the center’s capabilities and plans for building a new medical complex, the Leader of the Nation instructed officials to pay special attention to the training of highly qualified personnel, the level of service, and the proper use of modern equipment.
