President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon receives credentials from new ambassadors

On November 11, at the Palace of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, received credentials from a group of new ambassadors of foreign countries.
During the ceremony, the new Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China, Guo Zhijun, of the European Union, Radoslav Darski, of the Kingdom of Denmark, Jesper Var, of the Hellenic Republic, Ekaterini Xagoraris, of the Republic of Estonia, Jaap Ora, of Georgia, David Kotaria, of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Hamza Al-Umari, of Burkina Faso, Aristide Rapugdondba Ludovic, of the Argentine Republic, Sebastian Sayus, and of the Dominican Republic, Alejandro Arias Zarzuela, presented their credentials to the President of the country, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, with messages and greetings from the leadership of their countries.
In his speech, the Head of State, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, congratulated the new ambassadors on the beginning of their diplomatic activity in this responsible position in the Republic of Tajikistan.
The President emphasized that the basis of the balanced and peace-seeking foreign policy of the Republic of Tajikistan is the “open door” approach.
“Based on it, we will establish and expand friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation with countries in different regions of the world,” — said the Head of State, Honorable Emomali Rahmon.
President Emomali Rahmon reflected on the development and strengthening of friendly relations and multifaceted beneficial cooperation of Tajikistan with the People’s Republic of China, the European Union, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Republic of Greece, the Republic of Estonia, Georgia, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Burkina Faso, the Argentine Republic, and the Dominican Republic.
Addressing the newly appointed ambassadors, the Head of State pointed out that Tajikistan considers the continuation of partnership with their countries to be an integral part of its foreign policy and assesses its prospects positively.
The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, expressed the hope that the continuous efforts of the ambassadors in the development and improvement of multifaceted relations between the countries will yield new results.
In conclusion, the President of the country, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, wished the new ambassadors success and asked to pass his warm greetings and messages to the leaders of their countries.
