The Head of State, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the heads of state of our neighboring countries were awarded this honorary award in 2025 for their great contribution to strengthening peace and security in the Central Asian region.
We recall that on March 31, 2025, at the Summit of the Heads of State of Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, in the city of Khujand, a historic agreement on the borders of the three states and the Khujand Declaration of Eternal Friendship were signed, and the border issues between the three neighboring states found their final solution.
These historical events have comprehensively contributed to ensuring security and stability, sustainable development, and increasing the international prestige and reputation of the Central Asian region.
