President Emomali Rahmon makes personnel changes in the structures of the Supreme Court, the Higher Economic Court, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

On January 12, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, made personnel changes in the structures of the Supreme Court, the Supreme Economic Court, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and other state bodies.
In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the proposals of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan were submitted to the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the recall of Kenjazoda Muhammadjaloliddin and Ghulomzoda Safarbek from the position of judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan due to the expiration of their term of office, as well as on the election of Kenjazoda Muhammadjaloliddin, Ghulomzoda Safarbek, Safarzoda Mahinabonu, Rahmonzoda Ikrom to the position of judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan and Nuralizoda Odil to the position of judge of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan”.
By decrees of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the chairmen of the courts of Sino, Shohmansur, Murghob, Shahriston, Vakhsh, Rasht, Khovaling, Norak, and Rudaki districts were appointed.
Personnel changes were also made at the level of deputy chairmen of judicial bodies, judges of courts and economic courts of Khatlon and Sughd provinces, Dushanbe city, and cities and districts of the country.
By decrees of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, three persons from among the personnel with sufficient experience in the field of diplomacy were appointed to the positions of deputy ministers of foreign affairs.
Also, the first deputy and deputy director of the National Center for Legislation under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the first deputy and deputy director of the Agency for Supervision in the Field of Education and Science under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Director of the State Institution of the Scientific and Research Institute of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan, and the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the country were appointed from among the personnel with experience in these fields.
