On March 30, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, officially commissioned the Ja’far-2014 building brick production plant in Mastchoh district.

The plant was established with the participation of domestic entrepreneurs Niyoz Niyozov and Saadi Niyozoda to implement the instructions and guidelines of the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon.

On July 7, 2023, during the official opening of the first peanut processing and packaging plant in the region, which was established by the initiative of these patriotic entrepreneurs, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, instructed them to continue their worthy actions and initiatives and build another modern industrial enterprise for the development of Mastchoh district. Given the demand for building bricks, the entrepreneurs took the initiative to build this modern enterprise.

A new industrial enterprise has been established in Mastchoh district with the construction of production facilities and industry infrastructure and modern world-class technological equipment.

The construction of the production facility began in 2024, and within 1 year and 8 months, this modern enterprise for the production of building bricks was ready for operation. This is the second brick-making enterprise of the Jafar-2014 company. The first enterprise of entrepreneurs operates in the Obshoron area of the district.

The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, got acquainted with the process of producing building bricks using world-class technology and assessed the initiative of domestic entrepreneurs in establishing this modern enterprise as a worthy contribution to the implementation of the fourth strategic goal — the rapid industrialization of the country and a worthy welcome to the glorious 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The newly built enterprise has established the production of baked building bricks using advanced world technology.

The set of industrial equipment and devices from the reception and mixing of the main raw materials for baked bricks — clay and coal dust — to the baking of raw bricks on a serial technological line forms a complete and efficient process.

Baking of building bricks is carried out automatically, which contributes to the high quality and productivity of the production of building bricks.

The capacity of the technological line of the enterprise is the production of 80 thousand pieces of baked bricks per day. With this capacity, the enterprise produces more than 24 million pieces of building bricks per year.

With the expansion of construction work, the increase in the construction of facilities in various industries and private housing, the demand for building bricks is increasing.

The production of building bricks at two enterprises of the Jafar-2014 company is a good opportunity to meet the demand for this building material produced in the Matschoh district.

The enterprise, based on the specifics and technological requirements, works in three shifts.

The newly built enterprise has provided jobs to more than 50 people.

The supply of raw materials from within the country and the availability of road and transport infrastructure are opportunities and advantages for the effective operation of the new enterprise in the building materials sector.
