On April 24, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, after the opening of the Tajik Global Invest enterprise, launched the operation of the production line for iron fences.
The iron fence production plant was established on the basis of the Experimental Mechanical Plant in Nurek city. The new industrial facility was built to approach the implementation of the fourth national goal — rapid industrialization of the country, and is equipped with modern equipment and technology.
The products are manufactured using modern technological lines with good shape and quality.
During the visit, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the products of the enterprise are primarily intended for strengthening the border line, and their easy installation and long-term use are guaranteed.
The production of such products, which is established on the basis of the support of the Government of the country from the private sector, reduces the need for imports and is of significant economic importance.
According to the project specifications, the enterprise can produce 1,500 pieces of iron fences per day and more than 180,000 pieces per year. This volume will allow the product to be exported not only to domestic demand, but also to foreign countries. To achieve this goal, it is planned to establish new production lines.
During a conversation with the Head of State, the head of the enterprise, Khujamurod Azimov, pledged to provide 300 km of the state border with such fences.
The enterprise employs 30 specialists in two shifts, all of whom are local residents.
It was reported that the enterprise, with the installation of solar panels, produces 1.5 MW of electricity, and their installation is ongoing for another 1.5 MW. With these capacities, the enterprise will fully meet its electricity needs.
During his visit to the new production line, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, gave instructions and recommendations to officials to effectively use existing capacities, improve product quality, increase production volumes, and attract more domestic specialists.
