Tajikistan, Saudi Arabia Expand Cooperation in Vocational Education

Tajikistan’s Committee on Primary and Secondary Vocational Education Chairman Farhod Rahimi met with Adil Hamad Alzenedi, deputy head of Saudi Arabia’s Technical and Vocational Education Corp., Khovar reported, citing the committee.
The sides discussed priority areas of cooperation in technical and vocational education, including new teaching practices and modern methods.
Alzenedi outlined Saudi Arabia’s experience and proposed short-term artificial intelligence training programs for Tajik teachers in the kingdom to boost technological and innovative skills and expand access to international expertise.
The parties signed a memorandum of understanding following the meeting, providing for joint conferences, consultations, forums and exhibitions for educators and students.
The agreement also includes joint research and training initiatives to improve education quality, as well as exchange programs for specialists to share knowledge and experience.
