Tajik Delegation Participates in UN Anti-Corruption Review Session

At the 17th meeting of the review group of the United Nations Convention against Corruption in Vienna, Tajik officials reaffirmed the country’s commitment to strengthening anti-corruption measures and expanding international cooperation.
According to the Embassy of Tajikistan in Austria, the delegation is led by Firuz Kamolzoda, Deputy Director of the Agency for State and Financial Control and Combating Corruption. Speaking during the May 18–22 gathering, Kamolzoda outlined Tajikistan’s position on the effective implementation of the UN Convention against Corruption, emphasizing transparency, prevention of corruption-related risks and closer global collaboration in the fight against corruption.
The meeting brings together representatives of member states and international experts to assess progress in implementing the convention and discuss ways to improve accountability and governance frameworks worldwide.
