Tajikistan, Asian Development Bank Discuss Expanding Investment Cooperation in Samarkand
Сhairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan Sulton Rahimzoda met with Lea Gutierrez, director general of the Central and West Asia Department at the Asian Development Bank, to discuss attracting financial and technical resources to Tajikistan’s economy.
The meeting took place in Samarkand and focused on coordinating joint efforts, according to the committee.
Officials also reviewed the current state and future prospects of cooperation between Tajikistan and the Asian Development Bank, including continued economic reforms, financing for priority public investment projects, climate change response and disaster relief.
