President Emomali Rahmon Visits Intensive Orchard in Khovaling

At the end of his visit to Khovaling district of Khatlon Province, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, visited the intensive orchard, which is spread over an area of 10 hectares of high hills and valleys.
It was reported that the apple orchard was established three years ago, and this year its trees have already yielded a bountiful harvest.
Taking advantage of the climate and beautiful and unique nature of this area, gardeners hope to obtain a bountiful harvest of high-quality apples.
In this pleasant area of the Khovaling district, whose climate is favorable for fruit trees, plum, cherry, and other trees are also grown.
During a conversation with the workers, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, gave instructions and recommendations to gardeners on observing agrotechnical rules and introducing modern methods of gardening.
