President Emomali Rahmon Remotely Commissions Seven Economic and Social Facilities in Shahriston District

On July 7, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, while continuing his working visit to Shahriston district, remotely commissioned 7 facilities of economic and social importance.
First, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, officially launched the Obi Bahor thirst-quenching water production plant located in the Khurramdara area. According to the information provided by the authorities, 20 local residents have been provided with permanent jobs and good salaries at this facility.
Also, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, inaugurated the Construction Technology LLC fish farm. It was reported that this pond is located in the Chilhujra village of the district and is designed to grow 5 thousand trout. More than 10 people have also been employed at this facility.
The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, also remotely launched the operation of the Rare Tree Nursery in the Khurramdara area of Shahriston district.
This nursery was built within the framework of the practical implementation of the National Green Country Program of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2023-2027 and the State Greening Program of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period until 2040 on an area of more than 5 hectares, where more than 7,500 rare, ornamental, and shade trees are grown using modern methods.
At the same time, 2 educational facilities were remotely put into operation here — Secondary Educational Institution No. 22 with 240 seats per shift in the village of Chilhujra and the Shukufahoi Istiqlol Preschool Educational Institution for 240 children in the village of Shahriston. More than 80 people, including teachers and caregivers, began working in both newly built educational facilities.
Two other facilities that the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, put into operation in the Shahriston district are health centers in the villages of Vahdat and Sarob. More than 20 medical workers will serve the people in these health facilities.
The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, considered the opening of multi-purpose facilities in the villages of Shahriston district as important measures for the development of villages, and urged the leadership and residents of the district to contribute more to the development of the Motherland.
