On September 3, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the Chairman of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mayor of Dushanbe, Honorable Rustam Emomali, laid the foundation stone for the construction of a multifunctional architectural complex in the Shohmansur district of the capital.

The architectural complex will consist of 52 series of structures, including 5 high-rise towers. The largest of them, with 77 floors and a height of 340 meters, will be called the Dushanbe Tower. This complex will be the first of its kind in the region with such huge towers and the largest shopping center (mall).

The complex will include a hotel, a cafe, a restaurant, various business and service outlets, office spaces, a concert hall with 1,000 seats, a cinema, a shopping and entertainment center, a children’s playground, a cozy place for holding various events, a gym, a park, and a lake.

The exterior of the buildings will be designed in accordance with the requirements of world brands. This magnificent complex will also offer residents and guests of Dushanbe an example of branded products, world-class food and services.

As part of the modern project, 42 residential buildings with 6,160 apartments, a secondary school building for 1,200 students and a kindergarten for 500 children will be built.

In general, after the full implementation of the project, a beautiful and modern town with a total area of 270,000 square meters will be built in this corner of Dushanbe, providing the best working, service, and living conditions, on an area of 29 hectares, and more than 4,300 new jobs will be created.

More than 2,000 local builders will be involved in the construction of this huge complex, which is expected to be completed within 5 years.

In general, this will be the tallest structure in the region, with a wide range of work and services, with a focus on digital technology management, taking into account the further development of the country’s capital, where modern conditions will be created for business, recreation, living, and travel.

An example of new economic and commercial opportunities, modern urban planning, and municipal administration and service experience will be embodied in this magnificent modern complex.

During the review of the project of the new facility, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, drew the attention of relevant officials, entrepreneurs, and architects to the high-quality implementation of construction work with a focus on modern urban architecture.

The service complex is being built by TAS INTERNATIONAL GROUP Limited Liability Company with the provision of exemplary modern social infrastructure.
