Tajikistan showcases economic and tourism potential in Germany

On Sept. 1, ahead of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Embassy of Tajikistan in Germany, in cooperation with Open International Dialogue, hosted a presentation on the country’s economic and tourism potential and cultural heritage, according to the embassy.
Ambassador Imomudin Sattorov highlighted Tajikistan’s achievements during the independence period, including economic growth, an improved investment climate and opportunities for expanding trade and investment cooperation.
The presentation also showcased Tajikistan’s tourism potential and rich historical and cultural heritage.
Christian Grosse, president of Open International Dialogue and an expert on Central Asia, shared his impressions from his visit to Tajikistan and his experience learning about the country.
The event concluded with an exchange of views on continuing dialogue and strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation.
