Dushanbe, 04.06.2016 / NIAT «Khovar» /. Working visit of the head of state H.E. Mr. Emomali Rahmon to Vahdat City began with the attending and opening of a new five-storey apartment building which has been constructed in the downtown area.

The President of Tajikistan praised the initiative of a local entrepreneur who has built this facility.

Residential building was built in 18 months by local entrepreneur — Inomjon Faiziev with his sons engaged in business. This initiative is a continuation of the successful actions of the state leadership and the Government of Tajikistan in support of domestic small and medium-sized businesses, the expansion of the creative work in honor of the 25th anniversary of state independence.

Earlier, on the site of this residential apartment building a one-storey house was located, which was not favorable for the owner living with children and loved ones in terms of surface and facilities. Rationally using land available in the location, the entrepreneur not only succeeded in providing housing for his friends and relatives, but also provided citizens with jobs.

On the ground floor there is a modern dining room, on the second floor — a mall, on the third floor — a learning sewing workshop for 50 young girls, and on the fourth and fifth floors there are residential apartments.

At this residential building the head of state Emomali Rahmon took part in the wedding ceremony of 10 young couples and circumcision ceremony of 24 orphans and children from poor families.

The President congratulated them on the historic dates of state and nation — National Unity Day and 25th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
