President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon signs a number of laws
DUSHANBE, 30.05.2017. /NIAT «Khovar»/. Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon signed a number of laws passed by Majlisi namoyandagon and seconded by Majlisi milli.
Among them are the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan «On the protection of competition», «On seismic safety», «On normative legal acts», «On state policy in the field of industry», «On the Healthcare Code of the Republic of Tajikistan», the constitutional laws of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing amendments and additions to constitutional Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan «On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan», » On Bodies of Office of Public Prosecutor of the Republic of Tajikistan».
The signed laws are aimed at strengthening peace and unity, protecting human rights and freedoms, protecting the interests of the state, organizations and institutions, combating crime and strengthening public order, developing economic and social activities, developing various spheres of society, and bringing the current legislation in compliance with amendments introduced into the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan on May 22, 2016 through a nationwide referendum.
