Ambassador of Tajikistan presented his Credentials to President of Ethiopia
DUSHANBE, 10.08.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan Khusrav Noziri has presented on August 9 his Letters of Credence to the President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Mulatu Teshome at the National Palace in Addis Ababa.
According to the Embassy of Tajikistan in Cairo, during the bilateral conversation that took place after the ceremony of presentation of credentials, the Head of the Ethiopian State expressed the hope that the appointment of the first Tajik Ambassador to Ethiopia would serve to the further development and expansion of the bilateral relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
Touching upon the issues of rational use of natural resources, the Ethiopian leader highlighted the importance of cooperation between the two countries on that subject in the international arena.
In conclusion, the President of Ethiopia wished the Tajik people continuous peace, development and prosperity and asked to convey his warmest wishes to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
