VIII International Tennis Tournament for the Cup of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan is held in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 24.08.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The International Junior Tennis Tournament for the Cup of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dedicated to the 26th anniversary of State Independence and the Year of Youth is being held these days in the summer tennis court of the SUE “Rohi ohani Tojikiston” in Dushanbe.
According to the Committee for Youth Affairs and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, there are about 80 tennis players, including 27 girls of Tajikistan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan and Turkey.
It was noted that it is the 8th tournament for the Cup of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and it takes place with the direct support of the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon.
We will recall that this tournament will continue until August 27.
