Chinese delegation visited Foreign Ministry of Tajikistan
DUSHANBE, 22.09.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Nizomiddin Zohidi met on September 21 with the Chinese delegation consisting of representatives of various state structures of the People’s Republic of China here in Dushanbe.
According to the MFA Information Department, during the meeting it was stressed that the results of the Tajik-Chinese top level meetings, which took place as part of the state visit of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan His Excellency Emomali Rahmon to the People’s Republic of China marked the beginning of a qualitatively new stage of relations between the two countries, which will open wide opportunities for raising the level of cooperation and comprehensive strategic interaction.
The topical issues of bilateral and multilateral Tajik-Chinese cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, investment, energy and security within “One belt — One road” initiative were discussed.
