DUSHANBE, 11.04.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emamali Rahman received a group of personnel promoted to new positions in ministries, agencies and law enforcement organs as well as local government bodies.

By the Executive Order of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan the chairmen of courts in Jabbor Rasulov, Shahriston, Bobojon Ghafurov (Sughd Province), as well as Bokhtar and Levakand cities, Panj (Khatlon Province) and Murghob (GBAO) districts were replaced. The head of the Economic Court of the Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO) and the head of the Economic Court of the Khatlon Province as well as deputy head of the Economic Court of the Sughd Province were appointed. The deputy head of Hisor court as well as judges of courts in several cities and districts were replaced.

According to article 69, paragraph 8 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the request of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan was sent to the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on recalling of Qosimzod Sulaimon Oymahmad from his post as  judge at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan.

By other Executive Order of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Muminzoda Bakhtiyor Mumin was appointed Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, and Bobozoda Khisrav Khorkash as Deputy Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In agreement with the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the prosecutors of Mir Said Ali Hamadoni and Muminobod districts of Khatlon Province, Guliston, Istiqlol, Asht, Devashtich and Kuhistoni Mastchoh districts of Sughd Province were appointed.

By the decrees of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Rahmon Nosir was appointed head of the State Enterprise “Tojikfilm”, Davlatzoda Sayfiddin was appointed Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Ahmadzoda Orzu was appointed Deputy Head of the State Committee on Investments and State-owned Property Management, Shirinjonzoda Mahmud and Qalandarzoda Habibullo were appointed deputy heads of the Committee for Food Security under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and Qurbonzoda Amirkhon Fayzullo was appointed deputy chairman of Khatlon Province.
