The message reads, in particular:
«Dear Mr. President,
I am grateful for your letter of condolence following the senseless terrorist attack on July 29, 2018, which resulted in the deaths of two American citizens and two others innocent people.
I appreciate your government’s immediate response to apprehend the perpetrators of this heinous crime. This incident clearly underscores the need for deeper cooperation and information sharing between our countries in the future.
Attacks against innocent civilians are absolutely unacceptable, and we must work together to eradicate terrorist threats against our great nations. My Administration stands ready to assist the investigation of this brutal assault on our people and our way of life.
We must continue to strengthen the bonds of friendship between our people and make sure this kind of attack never happens again».
