2nd Belt and Road Forum kicks off in Beijing
DUSHANBE, 26.04.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – The Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation commenced at the China National Convention Center (CNCC) in Beijing on April 26.
The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and the heads of state and government from 40 countries and heads of international organizations were in attendance.
Opening the forum, President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping welcomed all participants who gathered for the BRF.
The UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and leaders of several countries also gave speeches.
