DUSHANBE, 27.03.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – On March 27, the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT) determined the official exchange rate of foreign currencies for accounting and payment of customs duties as follows:

1 USD – 10.2000 TJS,

1 Euro – 11.0344 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – 0.1285 TJS.

Also on March 27, the average selling rate of cash foreign currencies in credit institutions of Tajikistan is:

1 USD – 10.2000 TJS

1 Euro – from 11.0344 to 11.2000 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – from 0.1285 to 0.1330 TJS.

NBT warns that foreign exchange operations are prohibited outside bank branches, bank service center offices, as well as at ATMs and payment terminals located within the country. Failure to comply with these requirements will be considered a violation of the law and violators could face punitive damages and criminal charges.
