Health Minister Says COVID-19 Preventive Measures Must Be Strengthened
DUSHANBE, 09.06.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population Jamoliddin Abdullozoda held a working meeting, which focused on COVID-19.
He noted that despite the fact that the number of visits to health facilities by those seeking treatment for COVID-19 is gradually decreasing, strengthening preventive measures and promoting personal and public hygiene measures, social distancing remains a priority.
Abdullozoda also drew the attention of the heads of medical institutions to the quality of medical care for patients.
Responsible officials were instructed to eliminate the existing shortcomings.
