DUSHANBE, 28.07.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – On July 28, the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT) determined the official exchange rate of foreign currencies for accounting and payment of customs duties as follows:

1 USD – 11.3225 TJS,

1 Euro – 13.3764 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – 0.1534 TJS.

Also July 28, the average selling rate of cash foreign currencies in credit institutions of Tajikistan is:

1 USD – from 11.3225 TJS to 11.3400 TJS

1 Euro – from 13.3764 to 13.4600 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – from 0.1534 TJS to 0.1545 TJS.

NBT warns that foreign exchange operations are prohibited outside bank branches, bank service center offices, as well as at ATMs and payment terminals located within the country. Failure to comply with these requirements will be considered a violation of the law and violators could face punitive damages and criminal charges.
