DUSHANBE, 19.09.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Following the regular meeting of the Tajik and Kyrgyz working groups, which took place on September 18 at the Guliston border checkpoint, the road to the Vorukh rural community of Tajikistan’s Isfara has been opened, reports the Press Service of the Chairman of Sughd region.
The parties once again stressed the need to resolve existing issues through negotiations.
They also noted that it is important to observe the conditions of a ceasefire agreement and to eliminate the consequences of border conflicts as soon as possible.
The working groups agreed that the roads should remain open to traffic.
