DUSHANBE, 12.10.2024 /NIAT Khovar/. On October 12, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, got acquainted with the project of a five-story residential building for civil servants, which will be built in the center of Rushon district.

During the presentation of the project, officials informed the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon that this building will consist of five floors and will be built on an area of 0.22 hectares.

During the development of the project, 24 one-, two- and three-room apartments are planned. Schools, kindergartens, clinics, shopping and service centers are located in the nearest distance.

The customer of the facility is the state institution «Construction Directorate of Government Facilities» of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, and now concrete and reinforced concrete works are going on in the basement of the facility.

28 local residents have been employed in the construction of the facility, and 20 more people will be employed with the transition to the first and second floors.

Here, the project of the «Sandwich Panel» enterprise was presented to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon. In the future, with the installation of new technology, the production of construction materials, including hangars of various sizes, will be launched at this enterprise.

The Head of State was informed that the products manufactured at the enterprise are mainly intended for the field of fish farming, especially for modern ponds for breeding trout.

On the basis of the order, at the same time, the production of hangars of various sizes for the roofing of auxiliary facilities is also carried out.

The latest technology for the enterprise is imported and installed from the People’s Republic of China.
