President Emomali Rahmon Appoints Ambassadors to Kuwait, Oman

The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, has issued a series of personnel appointments across diplomatic, security, media, and academic institutions, in accordance with an official decree.
In the diplomatic sphere, Khusrav Noziri has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tajikistan to the State of Kuwait, while Zubaydullo Zubaydov has been designated Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Sultanate of Oman.
Within the security sector, Junaydullo Hamro has been appointed Deputy Commander of the Border Troops of the State Committee for National Security.
A number of senior appointments were also made in key state institutions. Bobozoda Khurshed has been named First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Land Management and Geodesy, and Sohibzoda Barno has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting.
In the media and cultural sphere, Ali Sharifov has been appointed Director of the State Institution for Sports Television, while Karimzoda Haknazar will serve as Director of the State Institution “Academy of Mass Media of Tajikistan.”
In the academic field, Mirzododa Parvon has been appointed Director of the Institute of State and Law under the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, and Mahmadizoda Nozim has been named Director of the Institute of Philosophy and Political Science named after A. Bahovaddinov.
Additional appointments include Aslonzoda Olimsho as Deputy Head of the State Supervision Service for Occupational Safety in Industry and Mining, Abdulkholiqzoda Lutfiya Abdulkholiq as Director of the National Library, and Tashrifzoda Sobir Sijoat as Director of the National Stadium.
