The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, approved the symbol of the “Year of Expansion of Development and Construction Works and Strengthening of National Self-Awareness”.

The symbol is designed in a round shape, and the words “Year of Expansion of Development and Construction Works and Strengthening of National Self-Awareness” 2026 are written around it in Tajik.

In this symbol, the sun, snow-capped mountains and peaks, and the green slopes of the earth represent the mountainous and sunny country and the heavenly nature of Tajikistan, reflecting the global initiatives of the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, on water and glacier protection, beautiful buildings, tunnels and roads are a sign of construction and development, and dams and power lines are an expression of light.

The Government Building of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Flag and the magnificent Istiqlol Tower are symbols of the stability of the nation and state, and the open book is a symbol of knowledge and enlightenment and the strengthening of national self-awareness and self-knowledge.

Ministries and departments, organizations and institutions, executive bodies of state power of regions, cities and districts, and mass media can widely use the approved symbol.
